Write to us about anything: which model fits over your glasses, where an order is, or how to start a return. One person reads all of it.

Before you write about fit

It helps if you measure your own glasses first. Lay them flat and measure the front across the widest point, hinge to hinge, in millimetres. Send us that number and we will tell you which models clear it. This is the single most useful thing you can give us, and it saves you a return.

About an existing order

Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. If an item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, a photograph helps us sort it out in one message instead of three.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return, and there is no restocking fee. Please contact us before sending anything back — we will confirm the correct return address, which is not the address printed on the parcel you received. The full conditions are in our Refund policy.

What we cannot help with
